My Web Toolbox may be purchased by Fax, Email or normal mail. Simply fax or post a completed copy of this form and payment to the appropriate Fax or postal address displayed at the bottom of this form. To send an order by email, copy and paste the form from the ORDER.TXT file into an email.

Fax or postal orders are generally more secure than email orders. However, once processed, credit card details are not retained on computer to avoid any chance of unauthorized access to credit card information.

Upon receipt of this order, the latest version of My Web Toolbox will be forwarded as an email attachment. A copy on disk costs an additional $6.
